We use Hotjar, a service offered by Hotjar Limited, Level 2, St Julian's Business Center, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta, to better understand the needs of our users and to improve their experience. Hotjar is a technological service that helps us better understand e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they click, what users do and what not, etc. This enables us improve Vendor Office based on user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about the behavior of our users and their devices. This includes the IP address of a device (which is processed and stored anonymously during your session), the screen size of the device, the device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, the geographical location (country only) and the preferred language in which our website is displayed.
